Please Note: This type of valuation should only be requested where
(1) The initial valuation was arranged through VMS and is dated within the 12 months, and no changes have been made to the property
OR
(2) The previous VMS valuation report showed that the property was undergoing works, or home improvements or the property was being built AND the works are near or fully completed
Before you start you must have the following information ready
A Debit or Credit card for payment of the valuation fee. The fee for a revaluation report depends on the property type and purpose of the mortgage. The cost ranges from €100 to €150.
Your lender’s mortgage reference number, which is contained within your approval letter or available from your Advisor.
Important Notice: Failure to provide accurate information will result in delays and could lead to the production of an incorrect valuation report. Once you have submitted this form, any subsequent change to correct this information or to amend a valuation report will cost an addition €50.00.
